Hi! My name is Rosy Fox, I’m a 22 year old aspiring nature writer hailing from Nottingham where I live with my fuzzy best friend (aka my cat) Mona the tortie. I’m currently a third-year student at the University of Derby Studying for a BSc in Animal Management, with the dream of becoming a nature writer and journalist, so I can put pen-to-paper and natter away about the wonderful wild world we live in.
My passion for animals has coursed through my veins for as long as I can remember; my childhood was spent outside searching for critters and observing animals of any species.
My love of writing developed after one of my poems was published as a child, and I was captivated by the infinite possibilities that lay within writing. I started this blog in the hope that I can excite others about the bundle of biodiversity that exists on the planet!
